"Racing has always been my one true passion. I have raced across the country to and have had many podium finishes. Last year my season was ended early by three traumatic brain injuries caused by concussions resulting in memory loss decreased reaction time and sadly the inability to race or even ride my bike for a considerable amount of time. Although my body had not fully healed I decided to race this season. I was not able to perform at the top of my game in the junior X category but I still was top five in the state championships and raced respectively at the national championships. This year was a building year and I have already started my training for next year."
